Redbook Lookup in Autogate
Stay in touch with the most accurate vehicle valuation and identification data using the Redbook Lookup which includes specs, photos and trend graphs, or use the Trade-in Calculator to provide your customers with professionally presented valuations. Buyer’s Guide Report
The buyer’s guide report is an Autogate Pro feature designed to provide information about the used vehicles that are getting the most enquiry on the Carsales Network. This report allows you to drill down by make and model, price range, postcode and date ranges. With this information, you can make more informed choices on what used vehicles will attract leads in your dealership.

The Lead Source Graph
This simple but effective report gives you a graphic presentation of your top five leads providers, which in turn can be broken down by lead type, then allows you to view the list of corresponding leads. This report helps determine what value you are getting from your lead providers, and the lead level view gives you a better understanding of how successfully those leads are progressing through your sales process.

Inactivity Report
The Inactivity Report, only available through Autogate Pro, means active customers aren’t allowed to go unattended for more than 14 days. This report also includes a bulk email function, so you can follow up with a standard email.

The Summary Report
This comprehensive report provides a daily summary lead activity, including Autogate-reported and Survey-reported closing ratios, average response times and a wealth of information about your inventory – the oldest, the most enquired on, the most viewed. Current month, last month and last seven day lead summaries show you how your prospects are moving through the sales process and which of your staff are making the sales.

Configurable Reports
The configurable lead report allows you to report on any aspect of any leads in Autogate – based on the lead type, status, source, make and model – and a comprehensive list of attributes. This report also includes the Bulk Email facility which lets you target specific groups of prospects for marketing campaigns.
