Workshop Description

DataMotive’s Advanced e-Cademy Workshop builds on the processes learned in our foundation e-Cademy program. It is a highly interactive workshop, designed to challenge the standards that we accept and implement as dealers. Course content is dynamic, taking into account current market conditions. The course helps participants view the sales process from a customer’s perspective, demonstrating some of the key elements that customers are looking for during their vehicle purchase.

Special attention is given to assisting dealers to asses their current processes and to make improvements.

Advanced e-Cademy is a power workshop, focussing on becoming more fluid in our processes to cater to a changing market. Content is aimed at creating a more thorough process for all enquiries, including phone and walk-ins, as well as Internet enquiries.

Workshop content is a blend of discussion and activities, with a high degree of attendee participation.

The purpose of the Advanced e-Cademy Workshop is to create more opportunity and customer ownership, attracting and re-using enquiries for ongoing sales.

Advanced e-Cademy identifies key customer behaviours to help you develop processes that work in the short and long term. Implementation of an effective sales process is critical to the customer’s perception of you and your ability to service their needs.

Understanding the market is vital to both the salesperson and sales management. Understanding our consumers’ behaviour is also critical to the salesperson.

The 4-hour Advanced e-Cademy session is intensive; hence it is important for the attendees to take notes.
